Pankaj Agarwal, born on 28 September 1974, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2000 batch from the Haryana cadre. He holds a graduate degree and an M.Sc. Currently, he serves as the Principal Secretary at Haryana in the Architecture Department since 9 April 2026. Throughout his career, he has held multiple positions including Principal Secretary, Chief Electoral Officer, and Principal Secretary to Government. He is proficient in English and Hindi. Mr. Agarwal continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Haryana.
