Pankaj, born on January 29, 1982, is a 2009 batch IAS officer of the Haryana cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree from IIT Roorkee. Currently, he serves as Secretary at Haryana in the Department of Parliamentary Affairs since November 30, 2025. He has previously held the position of Director General. Proficient in English and Hindi, Pankaj continues to contribute to the Indian Administrative Service.
