Pandve Rahul Tukaram, born on 25 December 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, Karnataka cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Pune University. Currently, he serves as the Additional Commissioner at Kalaburagi, Karnataka, in the Department of Public Instructions since 8 July 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Managing Director, Assistant Commissioner, Assistant Secretary, and Chief Executive Officer. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Karnataka.
