Pandhari Yadav, born on 21 November 1971, is a 1998 batch IAS officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and is currently serving as the Principal Secretary at Lucknow in the Department of External Aided Project since 8 September 2018. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Principal Secretary, Secretary, Member, Director, Special Secretary, Chief Executive Officer, District Collector and Magistrate, Additional Project Director, Additional Managing Director, Joint Secretary, and Joint Magistrate. He is proficient in English and Hindi. Pandhari Yadav continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
