Pamela Satpathy, born on August 27, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2015 batch, serving in the Telangana cadre. She holds a B.Tech degree and has held the position of Collector and District Magistrate. Currently, she is the Special Commissioner in the Labour Department, a role she assumed on February 26, 2026. Ms. Satpathy continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Telangana.
