Pamela Satpathy, born on 27 August 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, Telangana cadre. She holds a B.Tech. degree and has served as Collector and District Magistrate. Currently, she is the Special Commissioner in the Labour Department, a position she has held since 26 February 2026. Ms. Satpathy continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
