Pamanand Jha, born on June 30, 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 batch, Bihar cadre. He served in the Department of Labour and Employment, holding the position of Special Secretary from May 15, 2013, to June 30, 2013. Throughout his career, he also held roles as Director and Special Secretary. His service in the IAS reflects his commitment to administrative responsibilities within the Bihar cadre.
