Pallavi Jain Govil, born on 29 November 1971, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1994 Madhya Pradesh cadre. She holds an M.A. in Economics, an M.Phil. in Economics from City University of New York, and a postgraduate degree in Public Policy from Princeton University, USA. Currently, she serves as Secretary in the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, New Delhi, since 18 April 2025. Her previous roles include Principal Secretary to Government, Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Director, District Collector, Additional Collector & CEO, Sub Divisional Officer, Assistant Collector, and Director General. She is proficient in English and Hindi.
