Currently serving as the Additional Mission Director at Bengaluru under the Sakala Mission since June 16, 2023, she has held various positions including Special Officer Director, Director, Deputy Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, Commissioner, Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Assistant Commissioner. Fluent in Telugu, Pallavi Akurathi continues to contribute to public administration within the Karnataka cadre.
