Pallakonda Ramesh, born on 14 June 1974, is a 2005 batch IAS officer of the Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.A. from Nizam College, an M.A. from Osmania University Hyderabad, and an M.I.P.P. from Johns Hopkins University. Currently, he serves as Managing Director at Rajasthan State Mines and Minerals Ltd. (RSMML), Udaipur, since 19 March 2026. His previous roles include Chairman & Managing Director, Special Secretary, Additional Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Under Secretary, Joint Managing Director, CEO, District Collector and District Magistrate, OSD to Minister, SDO, Assistant Collector, and Secretary. He is proficient in English, Hindi
