Palka Sahni, born on October 8, 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2004 Bihar cadre. She holds a B.Sc. in Physics and an M.B.A. in Business Law. Currently, she serves as Joint Secretary in the Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, New Delhi (since November 20, 2023). Her previous roles include District Collector and District Magistrate, Managing Director, Resident Commissioner, Special Resident Commissioner, Director, Officer on Special Duty to Minister, Sub Divisional Officer, Assistant Collector, and Additional District Magistrate.
