Palavi, born on January 18, 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, Punjab cadre. She holds a graduate degree in Medical Sciences from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot. Currently, she serves as the Deputy Commissioner at Pathankot, Punjab, a position she has held since October 21, 2025. Throughout her career, Palavi has held various roles including Deputy Commissioner, Special Secretary, Head of Department, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sub-Divisional Officer/Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Assistant Secretary, and AC with DC. She continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
