Padmini Singla, born on December 23, 1976, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2002 batch, AGMUT cadre. She holds a B.Com. in Accounting and Auditing from Delhi University, an M.Com. in Economics from Delhi School of Economics, and an M.Sc. in Chemistry from IIT Delhi. Currently, she serves as Chairperson at Itanagar since August 8, 2024, within the Administrative Reforms Department. Throughout her career, she has held various positions including Chief Electoral Officer, Secretary, Managing Director, Director, Deputy Commissioner, Additional Secretary to the Lt Governor, Joint Secretary, and Deputy Collector. She is proficient in English and Hindi.
