Padma Jaiswal, born on October 6, 1975, is a 2003 batch IAS officer of the A G M U T cadre. She holds a B.Com. in Accountancy, an M.Com. in Management, and a C.S. in Company Management. Currently, she serves as the Special Secretary at Delhi in the Administrative Reforms Department since February 16, 2026. Throughout her career, she has held various positions including Secretary, Secretary to Government, Director, Deputy Commissioner, Joint Secretary, and Registrar. She is proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
