Padma Jaiswal, born on October 6, 1975, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2003 batch, assigned to the A G M U T cadre. She holds a B.Com. in Accountancy, an M.Com. in Management, and a C.S. in Company Management. Currently, she serves as the Special Secretary at Delhi in the Administrative Reforms Department since February 16, 2026. Throughout her career, she has held the position of Secretary. Padma is proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi and continues to serve in the IAS.
