Pabitra Kumar Chatterji, born on January 4, 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in History. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Special Secretary, Additional Administrator, and Resident Commissioner. His most recent position was Director, from November 1, 2003, to January 31, 2006.
