P Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy, born on 25 May 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, serving in the Assam Meghalaya cadre. He holds a B Tech degree in Electronics and Communication. Currently, he is the Secretary of the Transformation and Development Department and additionally serves as the CEO of SITA, a position he has held since 9 October 2024. Mr. Reddy continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within his cadre.
