P V Satyanarayana Murthy, born on September 2, 1945, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch of the Andhra Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Joint Collector, District Collector and Magistrate, Commissioner, Director, and Vice Chairman & Managing Director. His most recent position was Managing Director in the Consumer Affairs Department from May 11, 2005, to September 30, 2005. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative framework of Andhra Pradesh before retiring from service.
