P Sundara Kumar, born on 15 May 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 batch of the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree and a postgraduate degree in Botany. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Commissioner, Adviser, CEO, Director, Secretary to Commissioner, Additional Registrar, Additional Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Special Officer, Joint Collector, District Development Officer, Joint Director, Project Director, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent position was Special Commissioner, held from 1 February 2010 to 31 May 2010.
