P Sivasankaran, born on 29 December 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Tamil Nadu cadre. Holding a postgraduate degree in Botany, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Additional Collector, Assistant Collector, Special Officer, General Manager, Joint Commissioner Director, Project Coordinator Director, Special Secretary Director, Commissioner Director, and Director. His most recent role was Principal Secretary of the Disability and Social Welfare Department from 20 February 2013 to 31 December 2022. Throughout his career, he contributed to multiple administrative functions within the Tamil Nadu government.
