P S Muhammed Sagir, born on 30 May 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2004 Kerala cadre. During his career, he held several key positions including Director, Deputy Secretary, Secretary, and notably served as District Collector from 24 August 2012 to 31 May 2019. His most recent role was with the Land Revenue Department as Director of Census Operations. Throughout his service, he contributed to various administrative functions within the Kerala cadre before retiring from the IAS.
