P S Enos, born on 17 February 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 Kerala cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in English. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Project Officer, Additional Director, Director, District Collector, and Additional Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Department of Schedule Tribe, Schedule Caste Development from 5 June 2007 to 28 February 2009.
