P R Somapura, born on 10 December 1952, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1998 Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.Com. in Accountancy, an LL.B. in Law, and a Diploma in Management. Throughout his career, he served as District Collector, Registrar, and District Development Officer. His most recent position was Managing Director at Gujarat Livelihood Promotion Company Ltd, from 17 October 2012 to 31 December 2012.
