P R Aggarwal, born on 25 April 1933, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 batch of the Punjab cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Law and English. During his service, he held multiple positions including Deputy Secretary and Managing Director. His most recent appointment was as Deputy Secretary in the Finance Department from 1 August 1988 to 1 April 1991.
