P Promoth, born on October 4, 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds an LL.B. degree in Law from NALSAR University. Currently, he serves as the Additional District Magistrate (ADM) at Howrah, a position he has held since March 23, 2026. Prior to this role, he served as an Additional District Magistrate. He continues to be in active service within the Indian Administrative Service.
