P P Harshe, born on 15 December 1955, is a 1998 batch IAS officer of the Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.Com. in Commerce, an LL.B. in Labour Laws, and an M.B.A. in Human Resource from IGNOU. Throughout his career, he has served as Deputy Director General, District Development Officer, Deputy Secretary, and Additional Collector. From 27 June 2012 to 31 December 2015, he was the Entertainment Tax Commissioner at Ahmedabad. Currently, he is serving in the Commercial Taxes Department. He is proficient in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
