P P Harshe, born on 15 December 1955, is a 1998 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.Com in Commerce, an LL.B. in Labour Laws, and an M.B.A. in Human Resource from IGNOU. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including Deputy Director General, District Development Officer, Deputy Secretary, and Additional Collector. From 27 June 2012 to 31 December 2015, he was the Entertainment Tax Commissioner at Ahmedabad. Currently, he is serving in the Commercial Taxes Department. He is proficient in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
