P P Agarwal, born on April 4, 1937, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Chemistry and a graduate degree in Chemistry. Throughout his career, Agarwal served in various capacities including District Collector, Additional Collector, OSD to Minister, Additional Director, Managing Director, General Manager, Joint Director, and Deputy Secretary. His most recent position was Deputy Secretary in the Local Self Government Department of Madhya Pradesh from December 1, 1994, to April 1, 1995.
