P Mohd Abdul Hakeem, born on 15 July 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1969 Maharashtra cadre. He served as Secretary in the Department of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Cooperative, Maharashtra. His extensive career includes roles such as Chairman & Managing Director, Principal Secretary, Managing Director, Joint Secretary, Additional Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, CEO, Additional Collector, SDO, and Assistant Collector. He holds a graduate degree in Physics, a postgraduate degree in Economics, and a Certificate in Rural Development. Throughout his service, he contributed to various administrative capacities within the Maharashtra government.
