P Michel Vetha Siromony, born on August 8, 1953, is a retired IAS officer from the 1982 Kerala cadre. He served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Sub Collector, Special Officer, District Collector, Managing Director, Development Commissioner, Deputy Director, Director, Resident Commissioner, and Joint Secretary. His most recent role was Director in the Youth Affairs and Sports Department from November 20, 2009, to August 31, 2013. He holds postgraduate qualifications in Forestry, a Certificate in Cooperation, and an MBA in Business Management.
