P M Bayas, born on September 5, 1943, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Maharashtra cadre. He holds degrees in Economics and Law (LL.B.). Throughout his career, Bayas served in various capacities including Additional Municipal Commissioner, District Collector, General Manager, and Municipal Commissioner. His most recent position was Chairman & Managing Director at the Maharashtra State Warehousing Corporation.
