P L Jha, born on July 1, 1932, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. During his service, he held the position of Settlement Officer in the Land Revenue department of Madhya Pradesh from June 1, 1984, to December 1, 1985. His career was dedicated to administrative roles within the state cadre.
