P. Katyayani Devi, born on October 5, 1971, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, Telangana cadre. She holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities, including State Nodal Officer and Additional CEO. Currently, she is the Joint Managing Director at the State Finance Corporation, a position she has held since February 26, 2026. Ms. Devi continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Telangana.
