P Kadhiravan, born on 28 May 1979, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2020 batch, serving in the Telangana cadre. He holds a graduate degree and is proficient in Hindi. Currently, he is the Additional Collector at Telangana in the Revenue Department, a position he has held since 26 December 2025. Prior to this, he served as Joint Commissioner. P Kadhiravan continues to contribute to public administration within his cadre.
