P K Parmar, born on 28 July 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.Com degree and an MBA in Business Administration from Ljubljana. Throughout his career, Parmar served in various capacities including Principal Secretary, Commissioner, Chairman & Member Secretary, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Director, Joint Secretary, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, District Development Officer, and Assistant Collector. His most recent assignment was On Training at Gujarat from 9 to 14 July 2017. Parmar's extensive service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the Gujarat cadre.
