P K Dutta, born on January 14, 1937, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 batch, West Bengal cadre. During his career, he served as Joint Secretary from September 1, 1990, to May 1, 1991. He also held the position of Additional District Magistrate. His departmental experience includes the Land Revenue Department, where he was Director of Census Operations.
