Dr. P K Das, born on June 11, 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1965 Gujarat cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Law and Political Science, along with a Ph.D. in Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Municipal Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Under Secretary, Assistant Collector, Director, Managing Director, Additional Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, and Director General. His most recent position was Managing Director in Gujarat from July 1, 2000, to June 30, 2001. He was associated with the Department of Chemicals and Fertilizers during his service.
