P K Chattopadhyay, born on October 31, 1944, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a graduate degree in law. During his career, he served in various capacities including Assistant Executive Officer, Director, Joint Secretary, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from January 1, 2003, to October 31, 2004.
