Executive Vice-President, Science and Technology Department
P H Kurian, born on January 20, 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 Kerala cadre. He holds postgraduate and graduate degrees in Chemistry. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Labour Commissioner, Joint Secretary, and Managing Director. He held senior roles such as Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Special Secretary, and Director. His most recent position was Executive Vice-President in the Science and Technology Department, starting December 7, 2018. Kurian’s extensive service reflects a diverse administrative experience across multiple departments and leadership roles within the Kerala government.
