Educated in Commerce (B.Com., Gujarat University), Public Management & Policy (Institute of ST, The Hague), and Business Administration (B K School of Business Management), Dr. Vaghela received multiple awards including Best District Collector (1998-99) and the Census Silver Medal (2001). He is now retired from service.
