P C Sonia, born on January 21, 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities, including Special Secretary and Additional Commissioner. His most recent designation was Additional Secretary at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, from April 27, 2000, to January 31, 2002. He also served as Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department.
