P C John, born on 13 October 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Kerala cadre. Throughout his career, he held several key positions including Director, Inspector General, District Collector, and Secretary. His most recent role was as Director in the Development and Panchayats Department, serving from 24 March 2006 to 31 October 2006.
