P C Gupta, born on October 7, 1939, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a Diploma in Business Administration, a Graduate degree in Law, and a postgraduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Competent Authority, Director, Additional Magistrate, Project Executive Officer, CEO, and Deputy Collector. His most recent position was Director in the Urban Development Department of Madhya Pradesh from July 1, 1996, to October 31, 1997.
