P C Agarwal, born on 21 July 1939, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 batch of the Rajasthan cadre. During his career, he served in the Agriculture and Cooperation Department. He held the position of Managing Director at Rajasthan from 1 October 1996 to 31 July 1997. Additionally, he served as Additional Commissioner. His tenure in the IAS reflects his commitment to public administration within the state of Rajasthan.
