P Bhskra Prasad, born on 20 July 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. Throughout his career, he held several key positions including Managing Director, Special Commissioner, Secretary, Additional Commissioner, Registrar, and Director. His most recent appointment was as Managing Director in the Health Department from 1 November 2000 to 31 July 2001. Mr. Prasad served with distinction in various administrative roles before retiring from service.
