P Bhavani Ammal, born on 21 May 1935, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 Kerala cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Law and History. During his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Deputy Collector, and Secretary. His most recent position was Deputy Secretary in the Department of Planning and Programme Implementation from 1 September 1991 to 1 May 1993.
