P. Bhaskara, born on January 1, 1965, is a 2005 batch Indian Administrative Service officer from the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree and has served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Joint Executive Officer, Deputy Commissioner, and Chief Rationing Officer. Currently, he is the Commissioner at Vijayawada in the College Education Department, a position he has held since May 31, 2021. Mr. Bhaskara continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
