P B Nooh, born on 29 May 1979, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 Kerala cadre batch. He holds an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Agriculture. Currently serving as Special Secretary in the Transport Department since 29 January 2025, he has previously held positions including Sub Collector and Project Officer. Mr. Nooh continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Kerala.
