P Arjunan, born on November 20, 1944, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 Kerala cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities, including Project Director and Secretary. His most recent position was Secretary at Andhra Pradesh Bhavan from June 7, 2002, to November 30, 2004. Throughout his career, he contributed to administrative functions within the government until his retirement.
