He has held various positions including Additional Collector, District Collector, Director, and Chief Executive Officer. His most recent designation was Chief Executive Officer in the Department of Industries and Commerce, Maharashtra. Mane holds postgraduate and graduate degrees in Political Science, as well as a graduate degree in Law. Throughout his career, he has served in multiple administrative capacities within the state government.
