Owais Ahmed, born on July 10, 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. He holds a B.V.Sc. (N.A.) degree. Currently, he is the Director at J&K in the Department of Skill Development, a position he has held since February 23, 2026. Previously, he served as Director and Commissioner. Owais Ahmed continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within his cadre and department.
