Onkar Singh Meena, born on 20 July 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1997 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. and is proficient in Bengali, English, and Hindi. Currently, he serves as the Principal Secretary in the Agriculture Department of West Bengal since 2 April 2026. His previous roles include Principal Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Secretary, District Magistrate, Additional District Magistrate, Sub Divisional Officer, Engineer I/C, and Assistant Magistrate. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
