Onit Panyang, born on February 4, 1964, is a 2004 batch IAS officer of the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.A. in Administrative Laws and Other Laws and an LL.B. from Panjab University, Chandigarh. Currently serving as Secretary in the Co-operative Department at Itanagar since October 3, 2017, he has previously held the position of Commissioner. He has been honored with the Arunachal Pradesh State Award. Mr. Panyang continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the governance and administration of the region.
